This organic Gringo Nordic coffee comes from Dimtu Tero in the Guji region of southern Ethiopia. The coffee is washed and has an elegant, tea-like character with floral notes and a bright, delicate citrus acidity.

Dimtu Tero is an established producer of organic specialty coffee in the Odo Shakiso district. The coffee farm covers approximately 151 hectares at an altitude of 1,800–2,200 metres and is surrounded by natural forest. The coffee plants grow in the shade of existing trees, contributing to a sustainable growing environment. The farm has its own washing station and is committed to traceable coffee production.
