The Ibili induction adapter plate will allow you to use all types of pans on your induction cooktop. With this Ibili heat diffuser plate, it will not be necessary to replace your pots!
The stainless steel adapter plate evenly distributes heat so burning, sticking or over boiling is avoided. The plate can be cleaned with a damp cloth, do not soak in water.
(The interface will get hot in use, but the handle is designed to stay cool. To be on the safe side, please use a cloth or oven glove. Never touch the disc itself).

Adapter vs. moka pot size
When purchasing induction adapters, you should determine the smallest heating area of your induction stove. Mine is 12.5cm, so this 14.5cm plate was a safer choice than Bialetti's 13cm. However, it was a surprise to find in the adapter's instruction label that the pan placed on the adapter plate can be at most 4cm smaller in diameter than the adapter plate, which in this case means 11.5cm. It turns out that only a 12 cup moka pot has a sufficiently wide base (12cm) for this adapter, so you can't brew one- or two-person servings with this, even in doppio size. Good idea, but it still requires further development if you want to use old aluminum pots with this.
Since I don't have a moka pot of that size, I haven't yet been able to verify the functionality of the adapter otherwise.

We have bought two adapter plates and use them frequently. They work okay. In the long run, it might be a bit cumbersome if you cook a lot, but it works for us.
