Not sure if it's a drawback or just something to be aware of, but when holding the lid, you need to use an oven mitt or something similar because hot milk splashes.
The previous one had a plastic lid, so it worked differently.

Quality pitcher, but lid a bit flimsy

The pitcher part seems high-quality. Thick base, doesn't burn milk at the bottom. The frother itself (the lid part) feels a bit cheap and plastic. I wonder how long it will last intact (e.g., plastic threads). Still worth its price because the pitcher itself is good.

Only spare parts are missing

Fantastic product with several years of experience. I make coffee with a moka pot and heat oat milk with the Judge frother using the residual heat. However, a bit of a downside is that spare parts are not available. After several years, the plastic parts are in poor condition - the handle is crumbling, so I ended up removing it entirely, and the piston’s plastic part has developed white crystals as the plastic ages. Unfortunately, there are no spare parts, so the entire jug needs to be replaced.

Functional product

The frother works as promised. The knob is a bit small to hold onto, but the foam comes relatively quickly and the frother is easy to keep clean. If you stir the milk a little as it heats, the milk doesn't burn at the bottom.

I can't get the milk to froth. It does change the texture slightly, but when poured over coffee it looks like regular milk coffee.

Good product for frothing a small amount of milk. Good value for money. Heating the milk is also quick - even on an induction stove. If you want to froth a larger amount of milk (I typically do for 1-3 people), your hand may get tired during frothing. However, it's a very good option for smaller quantities.

I searched for a long time for a smaller version of this product, but the jug is large for my personal use. However, I haven't found one, and this is excellent and high-quality in use, and the milk foams really well with just a few attempts.

Works once you learn how to use it. Lactose-free low-fat milk requires constant "whisking" for about 30 seconds. It turned out good, but the best results come with skim milk.

The product is good, but it has two issues that should be addressed. The bottom is too thin, so the milk can burn during heating, making it very difficult to clean. The lid gets hot and you can burn yourself while pumping.

Works well and feels high quality

Firstly - the delivery was incredibly fast. The day after placing the order, it was already in my local post office ready for pickup. Big plus for that!
The product itself is sturdy, functional, and feels high quality. Tried it once and I've never frothed milk before (new coffee enthusiast), so the foam was perhaps a bit runny. Next time I'll froth more and might consider heating in another container, as I burned the milk on the bottom, making it difficult to clean. My mistake though. A kitchen renovation is coming, so with an induction hob, I don't know if this works on induction. But currently, it works really well on a ceramic hob.

Good for frothing milk. However, milk is prone to burning at the bottom, so I boil the milk myself in a Teflon pot and pour the hot milk into the frother. This way, it also stays cleaner and increases the frother's lifespan.
