Beatiful kettle. Good craftsmanship. Repairable. Lid gets pushed up when boiling, but doesn't fall.

The excellent kettle to make great pour over coffee.

Works well for making smaller batches of coffee. Water heats up quickly, which is a plus. The handle stays cool as well as the brass tab installed on the thumbrest of the handle. The pouring feel is pleasant and, in my opinion, easily controllable. I can't comment on the longevity of the wooden parts, as the product is so new, but fortunately, the wood can always be replaced with new.
JAGTBack to the daily pleasure
There is way too much technologies in our life. Making the morning coffee was becoming a science and I was getting tired of starting my day dealing with the plastic-made electric kettle, setting temperatures and so on.
Instead of getting the state-of-the-art digital temperature controlled kettle I got this. I can tell you, it's the best way to start your day. The feeling of having a beautiful object in your house, the touch of the wood handle when you pour the water, the absence of electricity cables running over you table top it's a morning sensation.
I was reluctant, but this is one of the object that truly makes you feel better when you make coffee.
