Lucaffe Espresso Bar is the typical espresso that you get at an Italian café. Espresso Bar is an intensive and balanced espresso with nice sweetness and hints of chocolate. The creamy and full-bodied coffee has a very rich crema and a long, pleasant aftertaste.
The coffee tastes great both as an espresso as well as in milk coffees, such as cappuccinos. The espresso coffee blend contains 60 % Arabica and 40 % Robusta.

The roast is quite light. In my opinion, it requires a machine with adjustable temperature. With a Gaggia Classic, this coffee turns out bitter.

I just bought my first coffee grinder, the Sage Smart Grinder Pro, and Lucaffé Espresso Bar is the first coffee bean I'm grinding for espresso. I haven't been able to grind the beans fine enough yet if you take 25 seconds and 30ml-40ml as a reference; maybe it's the beans. It's still possible to tighten the grind on the grinder, but it has to be adjusted to the extreme fine setting. What I've managed to brew is quite strong as espresso, which for my taste is more suited for a cappuccino. I will probably buy something lighter roasted next.
Update: I got the grind settings sorted out, and it made excellent cappuccino. Not a bad coffee for that use, as I suspected.
