Finding sugar-free syrups for coffee drinks is not always easy. Often they don't quite have the same punch in flavor as the sugared alternatives. For example, I think the sugar-free vanilla from Monin is considerably worse in taste than the regular one with sugar. But this one I actually find really good to have in coffee drinks for a slightly caramel/caramelly taste. Two pumps for a touch of flavor, to make it luxurious, three in a large latte (latte glass 450 ml).
