MONIN Caramel Syrup adds rich, smooth sweetness to lattes, cappuccinos, unique cocktails and desserts. It has a rich caramelised sugar aroma, caramel candy taste sensation with hints of molasses.

Caramel Milk Shake
20 ml Monin Caramel Syrup
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
80 ml milk.
Pour ingredients into a blender cup. Cover with ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Pour mix into a glass. Serve!

This flavor works well with both coffee and neutral flavored tea, such as Yellow Label. I usually use 1-2 pumps for a cup, depending on how much flavor I want. It tastes exactly like you would expect caramel to, and it's just sweet enough - not too sickly sweet.

A high-quality syrup, but its taste was a bit of a disappointment because it was quite weak. The small bottle was a good way to test what I wanted. I ended up choosing Torani's caramel, which is sweeter and more to my liking.

How is a bottle being too small a critique? Well, we bought the Monin pump for the bottle, and it can't be placed directly in the bottle because there isn't enough space for the pump. Not a real problem, but a bit of an odd design choice.

Caramel is well-suited for many uses, perhaps a slightly unsurprising taste. Hopefully, other flavors will also be available in a liter plastic bottle in the future. The bottle is roughly the same size as glass bottles but easier and lighter to handle. A truly pleasant surprise.

This was very suitable for my needs and has a very enticing caramel scent. The taste is also very nice and works well as a flavoring for various drinks. However, it takes a bit of experimenting to figure out the perfect balance of how much you need to use, but persistence is key! Very tasty!

Love this, it is super delicious in everything! It can be combined with other Monin syrups like Irish, Noisette, Ginger, Shai, and Vanilla.
So good in cold or hot drinks such as coconut, almond/coconut, oat drink (or oat drink Barista). With or without coffee.
