First time we bought Monin, and it will not happen again. We tried 4 different varieties and all have the same strange base flavor. Additionally, very watery compared to Saturnus.

Irish is good in coffee mixed with Monin Caramel in nut drinks like coconut/almond or oat drink (regular and with Barista).
I have also mixed Irish with Monin noisette in these nut drinks and it is also good.
Unusually flavored
The taste is a bit unusual, but it goes well in a latte.

It sounded better in the description than it tasted. It wasn't bad, but perhaps the flavor was too unfamiliar for me.

Great syrup for lattes
These flavored syrups are indeed a matter of taste, so the review is mostly based on my own taste preferences. I only use flavored syrups in coffee lattes, and surprisingly, this Irish one is among my favorites along with Vanilla and Noisette, from the Monin syrups I have tried. Vanilla and Hazelnut (Noisette) are perhaps somewhat more common flavors that I use more often, but occasionally this Irish syrup adds a nice kick to a latte. Another reviewer mentioned the flavor was too weak, but in my opinion, it's at the same level as Vanilla and Noisette, for example.

Sweet but too mild
Surprisingly mild in taste, so to bring out the flavor, you have to pour quite a lot, making the coffee too sweet. It should have a bit more intense aroma to reduce the sweetness.
