This is great for mojitos, Moscow mules and pretty much any other cocktail that calls for fresh mint. Markets here do not sell fresh mint so this was a life saver! I make kids mocktails and they love it! Will definitely be buying more soon.

I always make my own lemon, lime, and plain sugar syrups, but for the holiday party bar, I ordered a couple of ready-made flavored syrups. The flavors are natural and very strong. I didn't need to use my own pour spouts because the Monin syrup bottles have a really clever twist spout that even dispenses more evenly. In fact, I think I'll keep the spouts for future use when the syrups run out.

A great help for making mojitos. It still needs lime to go with it, so you only need rum and soda. Now I still have to tweak it a bit.

My recipe for a Virgin Mojito:
½ lime (4 pieces)
½ tsp cane sugar
20 ml = 2 cl Mojito Mint syrup
approx. 2 dl ginger ale or soda
ice
Squeeze the lime wedges directly in the glass to get the juice out. Add ½ tsp cane sugar and 20 ml syrup. Mix. Add ice (or crushed ice) and ginger ale or soda depending on your preference (I personally use Pirkka Parhaat ginger ale, it has a really good price/quality ratio). Stir gently and slowly to mix the drink without losing carbonation.
You can vary the recipe by adding real mint leaves or by changing the amount of sugar or syrup, but I claim that this recipe is a pretty good start. I'm frugal enough not to buy a whole mint bunch just to make one mocktail, and this syrup is a really good product. And of course, you can add rum to it; I just haven't opened the bottle.
