Passalacqua is a family roastery in Naples. The roastery is known for its dark roasted, spicy coffees and Mehari is no exception. It is a strong and full-bodied espresso that will taste great even in milk coffees.
Mehari is a strong, rich and creamy coffee containing plenty of robusta (50 %). The coffee is one of the most popular blends from Passalacqua, and definitely worth a try! The coffee is available as ground coffee in 250 g packs (ground for mocha pots) and in whole beans in bags of 1 kg. Mehari is one of my absolute favorites. I always try to keep at least one pack of this in the cupboard as a backup.
With a strong and slightly chocolatey taste, low acidity, and a blend of 50% Arabica and 50% Robusta, it results in an excellent coffee.
