Temperature is shown within the range of -18 to 104 degrees Celsius, and it has a marked range for recommended milk temperature. The thermometer is also equipped with a stainless steel clip with adjustable height, allowing the thermometer to sit perfectly in a milk pitcher.

Measures the temperature
Measures the temperature as expected and stays securely on the side of different containers. I haven't tested the accuracy, but the coffee and milk taste significantly better with the temperature measured to the desired degree than by estimation.
