Appalling! Bought 2for my sage barista machine and they do not work. Cheap knock off from China no doubt as I myself bought one 2 years from Amazon with the exact same description and uselessness. At least I didn’t pay nearly €20 each for those ones! Very disappointed in the standard of product if this is anything to go by. I have sent Crema my rating and would’ve put a zero here if I could but there wasn’t an option.
I hope they have to decency to rectify the situation.

I changed the gasket 4 times and it always tears when I tighten the portafilter.
It seems the silicone can't handle the pressure.
I will take the machine to a repair shop.

Excellent product since it is the genuine original part from Sage/Breville.
Although it is more expensive than other shops, the part was delivered in an extremely fast speed even though it was ordered just three days before Christmas (21.12). The shop made the shipment the next day (22.12) and it arrived in the country the day after (23.12). Since it was Christmas holiday, I couldn't get it on 24th but, as soon as the holiday was over I got it.
