We purchased our Technivorm 741 in December 1978 and it's still going strong. (It probably helps that we have a water softener installed.) So we were devastated when we recently managed to break the pouring lip of our jug in accidental collision with the spout of our kitchen tap.
A replacement jug seemed impossible to source within the UK, but we eventually found them available at CREMA and ordered one. The service was excellent and delivery time surprisingly quick, considering how far it had to come. We will certainly keep CREMA on file, in case of any future requirements.
