Trung Nguyen Gourmet Blend is a carefully selected combination of Arabica, Robusta, Chari (or Excelsa) and Catimore coffee. The blend is incredibly fragrant and fills the room with scents of spice, chocolates and fruit.
The perfect preparation method is by using the Vietnamese “Phin” filter, or “French-press” or any drip coffee maker. We recommend using a smaller amount of coffee than usual, as like most Trung Nguyen products, it is relatively strong and aromatic and will brew more coffee per tablespoon than most other brands.

I tried this coffee for the first time today. I also used the same manufacturer's coffee filter for the first time. Still a bit of a learning curve. But I managed to brew a suitable cup of strong, good coffee. Then I added a little sweetened condensed milk to it. It works well for my taste buds at least.

It might be because I only tried it a year after purchase (but the expiration date is 2025!), but it doesn't have a great aroma compared to other Vietnamese coffees I've tasted so far.

I blend 250 g with 500 g of milder Vietnamese coffee to use in drip filter.
A.B.Our basic staple
This is flavored coffee. However, we think it is really skillfully made and delicious. We became fond of it on-site and were thrilled to find out we can get it delivered home from Crema as well. I mostly mix it 50-50 with Paulig's Singapore. Sometimes, I mix less and add Parisienne to achieve a slightly darker shade.
The family brews it with a Moccamaster, while I use a moka pot brewing with only 55% of its water capacity to get a very smooth drink.
Mistake
I didn't notice that it was mixed with cocoa, so unfortunately I thought the coffee tasted awful. But that's not a criticism of the product, rather a reflection of my reading ability.
