Milky Foam Iced Tea – Velvety Freshness
This drink takes iced tea to a whole new level. In this recipe, Dear Tea Society’s refreshing Witty Lemons tea is paired with floral elderflower and airy, creamy milk foam. It’s like a summer cloud in a glass – fresh, refined, and wonderfully smooth.
What you’ll need:
- Cold brew tea: Dear Tea Society Witty Lemons (white and green tea)
- Ice cubes
- Cold milk (for example, oat milk is excellent for frothing)
- Monin Elderflower syrup
How to make it:
- Prepare the iced tea: Fill a serving glass with cold brew tea and add plenty of ice.
- Make the foam: Pour cold milk and a splash of Monin Elderflower syrup into a milk frothing pitcher. Froth the mixture into a rich, velvety foam (you can use a battery-powered or rechargeable frother).
- Finish it off: Carefully pour the thick, floral milk foam over the iced tea.
- Enjoy: Let the drink settle for a moment so the flavors can slowly blend together, then enjoy it cold!
