Barú gourmet vanilla bean marshmallows are topped with salted caramel and then dipped in Belgian milk chocolate. Made with bourbon vanilla beans and honey.
Ingredients
Marshmallow (47 %) (glucose fructose syrup, sugar, water, dextrose, gelatin, maize starch, honey, ground vanilla bean, acidity regulator: lactic acid), milk chocolate (40 %) (sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural flavour: vanilla), Fleur de Sel caramel (13 %) (glucose fructose syrup, sugar, condensed milk, salted butter (milk), whole milk powder, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, water, salt, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural flavour: vanilla, Fleur de Sel (0.2 %)).
Milk chocolate contains cocoa solids 30 % minimum and milk solids 23 % minimum.

No complaints about the ingredients
It was nice to try, but I don't think I'll buy it again - the marshmallow experience wasn't that great in my opinion, even though I really tried to encourage my taste buds to get everything out of this rather expensive coffee side treat. I also bought the dark chocolate version at the same time and both are equally good, not too sweet.

These were heavenly. I loved the texture and the sauce under the chocolate coating. The marshmallow itself wasn't like the fluffy marshmallows from the grocery store, but not too dense either. Just the right size to enjoy with coffee. I recommend them to those with a sweet tooth.
