Caffi Brasilia Yellow Bourbon – a smooth, chocolatey specialty coffee from Brazil
Caffi Yellow Bourbon is a balanced, full-bodied specialty coffee from Fazenda Pantano in Brazil’s Cerrado Mineiro region. Its smooth flavour profile combines notes of roasted nuts, chocolate and toffee. The finish is pleasantly chocolatey, with a rounded mouthfeel.
The coffee is grown by Wagner Ferrero, a renowned Brazilian specialty coffee producer. The Yellow Bourbon coffee cherries from the 2026 harvest are picked when very ripe and processed using the washed method. The beans are then sun-dried on raised drying tables. This method brings out the coffee’s clean, sweet flavour profile.
Caffi Yellow Bourbon is a medium roast with a slightly darker profile. It’s an excellent choice for filter coffee, espresso and fully automatic coffee machines.

Very nice brazilian bean with a characteristically chocolatey rich and soft coffee flavor. Not too bitter or too sour. Excellent roast for the bean. The beans we received were very fresh, roasted within the last 3-4 weeks.
