Caffi India Monsoon Malabar is an exceptionally smooth, low-acidity specialty coffee from India’s Malabar region. Its full-bodied, earthy flavour has distinctive notes and a subtle whisky-like finish. A medium-dark roast rounds out the coffee’s balanced, well-rounded character.

Monsoon Malabar gets its unique flavour from a special monsooning process. The coffee beans are stored in open warehouses on the Malabar coast for 1–2 months, where they are exposed to the moist monsoon winds. During this process, the beans absorb moisture and become less acidic, resulting in an exceptionally smooth coffee.
