Gringo Nordic Brazil João Hamilton is a berry-dried specialty coffee from Brazil of the Catucaí variety, a cross between Catuai and Icatu. The coffee has a soft and smooth flavor profile with notes of milk chocolate, red berries, stone fruit, and caramel.
João Hamilton was one of the first coffee farmers in Brazil to start experimenting with microlots from more unusual varieties. He runs the farm Sítio Canaa in the Caconde region and has built his own processing facility, where he also helps other growers to process and refine their coffees.
