Gringo Nordic Burundi Kibingo Oro is a yeast-processed, fully washed microlot coffee from the Kibingo washing station in Burundi. In the cup, you’ll find juicy berry notes, floral nuances, fresh citrus, and a body reminiscent of black tea. The result is an elegant, lively, and juicy coffee.

After harvest, the fruit pulp is removed from the coffee cherries, after which the beans are fermented with Lalcafé ORO™ yeast, developed specifically for coffee production. The extended fermentation highlights the coffee’s fruity and vibrant character while also contributing increased sweetness, complexity, and balanced acidity.
