Single Origin
This specialty coffee from Gringo Nordic is made from coffee beans from Finca El Cerro in El Salvador, where the same family has been growing coffee for five generations and over 150 years.
The coffee is a washed blend of Bourbon and Pacas with a classic Salvadoran flavor profile. In the cup, there are notes of smooth chocolate, sweet nuttiness, and mild fruitiness. The result is a balanced and easy-drinking coffee.
Café y Salud – health project at Finca El Cerro
Since 2019, Fernando Escobar has been running the Café y Salud project on the farm. The project offers preventive healthcare and regular health check-ups for Finca El Cerro’s permanent employees and their families.
