Gringo Nordic Kongo Kivu Blue Mountain is a naturally processed single origin specialty coffee grown by small-scale farmers near Lake Kivu in Congo. The coffee is cultivated in volcanic soil at 1,850–2,050 metres above sea level, giving it natural sweetness and a rich, balanced flavour profile.

This high-altitude Arabica coffee is hand-picked and processed directly on the farms in the Kalehe region. Despite conflict, drought and instability, local growers continue producing exceptional specialty coffee, making each harvest a symbol of resilience and hope.
