Gringo Nordic Nicaragua Balladares Caturra Natural 250 g Coffee Beans

New harvest from Nicaragua and the super producer Luis Alberto Balladares – an icon in the country’s coffee tradition. His knowledge and passion are built on three generations of family heritage in coffee production. Luis placed 1st in Cup of Excellence Nicaragua 2020 and took 6th place in 2021, further confirming the high quality of his coffee.

This naturally processed Caturra coffee comes from the La Esperanza farm in Nicaragua. The coffee is grown at high altitude in a rich and biodiverse environment with shade trees such as guava, rubber trees, cedar, and various conifers. The diverse wildlife and favorable microclimate create perfect conditions for coffee cultivation. Above all, however, it is Luis Balladares’ experience, precision, and dedication that give the coffee its elegant and tropical character.

In the cup, you’ll find tasting notes of almond, pineapple, vanilla, milk chocolate, black tea, orange, apricot, and peach. A well-balanced specialty coffee with fruity sweetness, soft chocolate notes, and an elegant, lingering finish.
