Bella Vista is a washed coffee of the Paraiso variety from Luis Alberto Balladarez’s farm Bella Vista.
The coffee is grown at an altitude of 1,650 meters, in the shade of coniferous trees. The cherries are selectively hand-picked at full ripeness and sorted in water before being depulped and fermented anaerobically in bags for up to 48 hours. After that, the coffee is rinsed in mineral-rich water and dried slowly in the shade.
The taste is smooth and rounded with elegant notes of sweet citrus, pear, peach, and caramel.
