Hario Filter-In Coffee Bottle For Cold Brew is a Japanese answer to the summer heat. A well designed bottle with a filter is the perfect way to prepare delicious Cold Brew - cold coffee that is sure to quench your thirst.
Coffee brewed this way has very delicate flavour, it is low-fat, with low bitterness and can be stored for several days without any loss of flavour. The bottle has simple and elegant body - it will make an interesting decoration of any kitchen. It is made of Japanese glass and silicone. It is equipped with a fine plastic filter which allows for obtaining brew free of any grounds, and the whole is easy to maintain.
How to prepare the brew?
To prepare Cold Brew, simply pour 5 - 6 g of ground coffee (medium-fine grind) into the filter respectively for each 100 ml of cold water. Stir gently and leave the bottle in a fridge for 12 - 30 hours (we recommend experimenting with brewing time). Then just remove the filter with ground coffee and now your brew is ready to serve.

Better than I expected
This bottle met all my expectations and even exceeded them. It's easy to use, the bottle itself is just the right size, and it's quite stylish. The finished coffee is really good, and the bottle can make two generous morning coffees. The coffee keeps well in the refrigerator for at least the next day, which is why I chose this bottle: you don't have to drink it all at once. A really good purchase.

It works quite well and the coffee turned out quite tasty, but both the glass and the filter seem fragile.

That was easy! Grind from the mill to brew overnight and a summer version of Irish Coffee in the glass.
S.K.Handy and easy cold brew device
Easy to use and simple product for making cold brew coffee. I've noticed a few weaknesses after using it for a couple of months. Sometimes, during pouring, coffee can get between the silicone cap and the glass bottle connection, which might cause coffee to flow down the outside of the bottle onto the floor/table. With higher, more concentrated coffee-to-water ratios, the coffee reservoir can get very full, and it might not be as roomy in the reservoir as I'd like. You also need to be a bit careful when cleaning the coffee reservoir, as the polyester mesh is only glued to the plastic, and when handwashing, you should check which side the glue surface is on to avoid pressing it too hard and detaching it.
However, I still recommend the product because of the ease of coffee making, as long as you accept living with these small quirks.

OlleGood coffee, a few minor complaints.
8 hours (as stated in the instructions) is a bit short, 12 hours worked better. A little liquid gets stuck on the edge of the lid, which can drip a bit when you take it off. There is no good way to let the filter drip after removing it.
Makes good coffee and is handy, recommended.
