Passalacqua Harem is a magnificent blend of the world's 10 finest Arabica coffees.
Harem coffee is the result of the blending of 10 fine coffee origins from the best plantations in the world. These include Jamaica Blue Mountain and Puerto Rico San Pedro, which make this product unique in Italy for fragrance, taste and esteem. Jamaica Blue Mountain is the finest coffee on the international market, coffee that tastes like honey with hints of vanilla and dried fruit, unsurpassed in flavour complexity. The Puerto Rico San Pedro was born in the mountains of Puerto Rico's Central Cordillera, over 1000 meters above sea level. It expresses that land’s fruity fragrance and taste, in addition to pleasant hints of dark chocolate and hazelnut, which make it unique.

The best coffee for a moka pot or even a pressure coffee maker when the grind is right. Even friends who don't care about coffee ask for 'that good coffee'.

I tried these shiny dark roasted beans again after a long time. Suitable for cappuccino, to which I always generously add a deciliter of cream instead of milk. Some other brands may have a package that says "very dark" roast, but they are nowhere near the darkness that this Harem represents. A great bean for those who want a robust coffee!

Deep and unusual taste
A distinctive espresso-like coffee or reminiscent of a southern travel type. Nostalgic tin. The lid had cracked during transit as it was tightly packed in the cardboard box and perhaps something was stacked on top during shipping, but I didn't complain as the metal tin was repurposed as a pot for summer flowers.

Good quality, sweet without the need to add sugar. Almost no acid at all.
My only concerns are
- the lack of information on the resting date, but when I opened the package the beans were very oily, and I suppose they were grinned recently.
- the package is not hard vacuumed. It is soft. The valve doesn't hold the air very tight like in the classical "coffee brick"
