Vacuum-packed coffee bag without a vacuum
The vacuum-packed coffee bag was loose, meaning the vacuum benefit had been lost who knows how long ago.
R, O, SGood but somewhat mild.
For a Mehari drinker, Moana is somewhat bland. However, my girlfriend really likes the roast.

With a Moka pot, this coffee makes a great brew when mixed at about 60% with the rest being regular coffee like Katriina or Juhla Mokka. On its own, it might be slightly too strong.

I used it as filter coffee because I prefer darker roasts. It was pretty basic coffee - not particularly memorable.

Dark, robust flavor
Rich flavor in a good way. Fuller taste compared to, for example, Brazilian Yellow Bourbon. I've brewed coffee with this using both a moka pot and a French press, and it has pleased my taste buds.
