The coffee comes from the Hadeso washing station in the Guji region of Ethiopia, owned by Testi Specialty Coffee. Around 500 small-scale coffee farmers grow the coffee in the surrounding area.
This organic, wet-processed coffee has a light and elegant character with bright acidity, notes of mandarin, and subtle floral nuances. A citrus-fresh and well-balanced specialty coffee with a typical Guji character.
Testi Specialty Coffee is also committed to the local community by contributing to school construction, water projects, and the electrification of homes, improving the living conditions of the coffee growers and their families.
