Hario Mini Drip Kettle Kasuya Model is a precise, gooseneck kettle. Essential for brewing coffee with alternative methods.
The kettle has been made in cooperation with Tetsu Kasuya, who won the most prestigious alternative coffee brewing competition, World Brewers Cup in 2016.
Profiled gooseneck gives full control over water while pouring. You can decide where and how fast should the water flow. With its simple, minimalist design and the use of high-quality materials, the kettle is solid and eye-catching. It is made of stainless steel, with matt black finish.
Kasuya Kettle is not a water heating device - it should not be used with direct heat sources. It can be used only as a pouring device, for water that has been heated up in a proper kettle.
Please note: We recommend handwash only due to the delicate coating!

Function is good, but the coating came off in the dishwasher.
It should withstand the dishwasher but did not survive even the coldest and gentlest program in the dishwasher as the coating came off in several places.

The coating will come off if the kettle is placed in the dishwasher. I am very sorry that this information was not provided clearly enough.
Is ok i guess???
I really want to love this kettle, the design is amazing, the feeling and handling makes you want to use it more, but it is so prone to get scratches and marks. The beautiful black metal color gets easily damaged only by set a milk/water thermometer on it. Maybe you could say that I was a little bit rough in the use but still is a little frustrating that it could be easily damaged, so be EXTREMELY careful

Lovely kettle that makes coffee moments even more enjoyable. I have a gooseneck kettle in my other home, but in terms of usability and aesthetics, this one tops it. The only downside is that there was a small scratch on the exterior coating of the kettle.
