The weight deviates over time
The negative:
The measured weight steadily decreases without anything being moved to/from the scale. As an example: I start the scale, place the calibration weight on the scale. The weight is then 100g - all good so far. In the following minutes, the weight then slowly decreases to 97.8g (waited 5 minutes now while I watch, and the weight continues to drop).
The touch buttons are difficult to hit.

High-quality and compact scale
No complaints about this scale. It feels really high-quality. The frame is very sturdy, and the small size allows for effortless use with all espresso machines. The scale is also very accurate with its calibration weights. It is easy to use, and navigating between different settings is straightforward.
An excellent scale especially for espresso and pour over. Of course, the small size is not optimal for something like a Chemex, so there are probably better options available just for that.
