The AeroPress is a simple, easy-to-use coffee maker that brews coffee under ideal conditions: proper temperature, total immersion, and rapid filtering. This results in amazingly delicious coffee with a wide range of beautiful flavors but without bitterness and with very low acidity. Since its introduction the AeroPress has become a much beloved brewer for serious coffee lovers and coffee professionals around the world.
The AeroPress coffee maker is most commonly used in the home kitchen but it is lightweight, compact, and durable, making it ideal for use when camping, backpacking, boating, or just traveling.
All of the AeroPress parts except the silicone seal and the paper filters have been made of polypropylene since July of 2014. All materials used in the AeroPress are free of BPA and phthalates, are made in the USA, and are FDA and EU approved for use in contact with food.
Use the AeroPress with filter papers (100 pcs included) or with a metal disk filter (sold separately).

A great product
If you only want to make one coffee, the Aeropress is perfect. This is the second one I've had. After many uses, the rubber got kind of sticky but it's probably because I didn't wash it immediately after using it as I do now.

As a developing coffee enthusiast, I was looking for an easy yet aroma-enhancing device. I've had a moka pot, a French press, and of course, several regular coffee makers for a long time. I have long considered an espresso or a coffee machine, but the kitchen is already quite full of other machines and devices. A regular coffee maker is, in most cases, a poor tool to make a moderately small cup of good coffee. As an engineer, I've modified/improved the spout of some coffee makers and various other tweaks. I've also considered changing the operation of the French press so that I'd make space for coffee grounds attached to the filter plunger and press hot water through it. I was already planning to build a prototype until a friend of mine tipped me off about your device through a hobby forum. In his opinion, this AeroPress coffee maker, which he uses, perfectly meets the requirements I presented, including ease of use. I was vaguely aware of this AeroPress but didn't realize its excellence from the brochure. Now I've been using it for a couple of weeks, and I'm sold.
The product's quality and functionality are excellent. The price is quite reasonable, considering it seems long-lasting. The included metal filter is dense and high-quality. Especially the adequate hardness of the plastic parts and the smoothness of the surface guarantee longevity.

I am an occasional coffee drinker so this was an easy solution for me. No coffee maker taking up space on the small kitchen counter, and no need to always dig the maker out of the cupboard when I feel like a cup.
tlExcelent tasting coffee, but some issues
I love drinking coffee, and the Aeropress just took my addiction to another level. Still, worth mentioning the Aeropress will only produce 150-200ml of coffee per serve, so maybe I should have gone for the XL version. Also, the exterior, being plastic, I thought it wouldn't get as hot as it does, and even though I don't grind my coffee beans too fine, I still think I need to apply too much pressure for the plunger to go down. Maybe I'm too weak or not awake enough :D

M.S.A new dimension to coffee drinking
Hello friends!
Only a couple of weeks of getting familiar with it, and the satisfaction guarantee has been fulfilled with every morning coffee so far. After long deliberation over three different AeroPress models, I finally opted for the original one, and it was a hit, thanks to the reviewers on YouTube. Preparing half a liter of coffee is easily manageable. I grind the beans myself and have found a fairly good coarseness. My moka pot has been relegated to the top shelf with this purchase.
Versatile and easy
How can such a simple gadget be so versatile and at the same time easy to use? It's hard to find anything bad to say about it. A big recommendation with this is a coffee grinder since many pre-ground ones in the store are a bit too coarse for this device. In my taste, the best with this is to make a strong and short shot-style coffee from very finely ground beans.

So far I was able to make some good coffess with it, but it's not there yet. I feel like it's more complex than expect, even though I'm using suggested grind size I feel it goes too much coffee through it... and seeing some video I see people using it upside down and only turn it to the cup and it's time to press - which seems to be a sympton of it not working well...

Amazing and versatile product. Still trying to perfection it with my blends, but it’s super easy and super fast to use and especially to clean. The residual coffee is also drier than other methods.

Light, versatile, portable, easy to maintain, and despite the limitation in the amount of coffee it produces, it can still impress at family gatherings and with friends. It's a 'mini coffee laboratory', even though it's small, it offers numerous possibilities.

J.H.Great replacement for Moccamaster and instant coffee
The AeroPress works, it replaced my Moccamaster and instant coffee for daily use. When brewing just for myself, I don't feel like loading the Moccamaster and instant coffee is bad, although easy. With this, you can make a cup of excellent coffee either with milk or black, and it's easy to affect the taste yourself by adjusting the ratio and extraction time.
-1 star because the rubber seal easily absorbs the smell of wet, old coffee and it's hard to get rid of with normal rinsing.
