Caffi Papua New Guinea Bold is a full-bodied, balanced specialty coffee from the highlands of Papua New Guinea. Its spicy, pleasantly sweet flavour combines nutty notes with the subtle sweetness of ripe fruit. The medium-dark roast highlights the coffee’s bold character and full-bodied flavour profile.

The coffee is grown on small family farms at altitudes of 1,400–1,900 metres. The Typica variety has roots dating back to the 1930s, when coffee plants were brought to Papua New Guinea from Jamaica. The beans are processed using the washed method, bringing out the coffee’s clean, balanced flavour.

Caffi Papua New Guinea Bold is especially suited to those who enjoy strong, spicy coffee with a slightly darker roast. It works well as filter coffee or espresso, and in fully automatic coffee machines.
