Single Origin

At an altitude of 1,600–1,700 meters, the coffee cherries ripen slowly, developing a concentrated sweetness and flavour. After harvest, the coffee is wet processed at the Karimikui washing station, resulting in an elegant and juicy Kenyan coffee with a distinct sense of origin.

Karimikui has a light and juicy body with balanced sweetness and bright acidity. The flavour features notes of raspberry, mandarin, and apricot, along with rich caramel sweetness. The finish is light and delicate.

When the coffee cherries arrive at the Karimikui washing station, they are carefully quality-checked and sorted. Only the densest and ripest cherries are selected for further processing.

Kenya AA – the largest coffee beans, graded at screen size 17/18 (over 7.2 mm). This coffee is made exclusively from AA-grade beans.
